Eurostar question

Are there any restrictions on luggage on Eurostar? Having never travelled this way before I'm wondering if it's like an ordinary train or is there airline type security?

Your luggage will be x-rayed before you board the train. Allowance is one piece of hand luggage and two suitcases per person. I don't think there are restrictions of specific items.
