Eurostar Disney Express Coupon

Does anyone know when we are issued with the coupon? Is it when we recieve our tickets? Is that on the train or at the luggage leave desk? the leaflet with my tickets doesn't make it clear and I didn't get one with them, I don't wanna miss out!

Who did you book with Emmo, I know there was another thread recently where one of our members who had booked with Disney Direct hadn't received a voucher.
Tour operators usually send them with your tickets and you exchange them onboard the train. I'll see if I can find the thread and what the outcome was.

Thanks all of you. So it looks like if you book direct with Disney, as we did, that you don't get a voucher as such until you get on the train and as we are going from Ashford it seems the more likely that this is the case!
OH, NOT LONG NOW, I'M GETTING EXCITED!!
