European holiday dates - Autumn 2013

Apparently Eurostar are about to release tickets up to the end of October 2013 in the next few days so I'm thinking about planning a trip in September or October. Does anyone know if there are any European holidays, other than the UK, up to the end of October?

Then I just need to choose between September (possibly better weather) or October for Halloween!

Thanks Carrie, I was thinking of mid-Sept to mid-Oct so that should work out ok.
