European Break Down Cover

Hi

We have phoned Green Flag and asked them to upgrade us to European Break Down Cover. They want £60.00. My dh has phoned around and we are still getting outragous quotes.

Has anyone got any ideas or let us know how you did it. We dont want to pay £60 but we dont want to be stranded either

Who are you crossing with?

Some companies can offer this as part of the ticket.

I used to sell break down cover with Kwik Fit and at the time they were very cheap - £45 quid for a years cover including European cover for unlimited trips.

Don't know if that will help as prices may have increased since then, this was 3 years ago, but may be cheaper!
