I hadn't even thought of this. I have at least one adaptor but it is very old, last used in 2002 in Greece. It is in the loft in a suitcase so not easy to go and check. Can anyone tell me if this will fit?

If you use any electrical product bought in the UK you will be able to use it in France as said before we use the same voltage & we also get a lot of our electricity from France.
You just need the European adapter as the French earth the sockets & not their plugs, hence why they only have 2 pin plugs.
we took our mini fridge with us and had it on the whole time we were tere just using the travel adaptor, no problems there!
it was very handy to have the mini fridge too btw, kept drinks cold and milk too!
