I was talking about the Euromillions draw in the car this morning with my kids, as the prize tonight is £100,000,000!!!Of course I have bought my ticket, but we were talking about what we would do with that obscene amount of money. Its too much just to spend on clothes, bags, shoes etc. so in your fantasy world, what wonderful ideas can you come up with?

My kids have modelled a house in their heads, which has a Cinderella Castle suite for DD, a Sportacus airship suite for DS (Sportacus is from Lazytown tv show), youngest DS wants a dog, we all want a swimming pool inside and out with waterslides, I would like my own permanant suite at the Polynesian hotel, a round the world trip to see everything from the Sydney Opera House to the pyramids in Egypt...and on the sensible side I would like to pay for my friends dream wedding, pay off everybody's loans, debts, mortgages and have a big party..PHEW, yep I've only given this a little bit of thought :rotfl2:

Any more dream ideas out there?

I'd carry on working.. of course.!!!!! :tinker:

With that sort of money I could give the WAGS a run for their money!!!

:rotfl:

I've bought my ticket and my fingers are crossed, then when my numbers come up tonight, this will be the beginning of our move to Orlando. My eldest DD wants to buy everything in Top Shop and Republic and after I have my new house near WDW, what I'd really like is a Mini Cooper with a Union Flag on the top

How on earth do you spend 100 million ?? I don't know, but it'll be fun finding out :thumbsup2

:wizard: :wizard: Good luck for tonight everyone :wizard: :wizard:

10 Million for me,

Then I would invest 90 Million in Disneyland Resort Paris, via shares.

I'm pretty sure I can live in the Disneyland Hotel for that sort of shareholding :thumbsup2

As after 10 million I would not need anymore.

I'd also buy an Alfa Romeo Brera.

New house of course complete with a cook (hate that job).
Tutor for the children (I'm sure they'd learn more at home).
Give a million each to my friends on the Dis.
Million each to National Trust (who give us hours of pleasure), British Heart Foundation (who's research saved my sons life), and Autism charity (which mine and a lot of our children suffer from).
I'm sure there are a lot of other causes I would give to cancer, of course, the rest I would tour the world with in luxury (even though I'd probably feel immensly guilty).

It certainly would :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I have been talking to David about this and we would like a house in the country with maybe a small holding so that we could have animals and grow veggies :goodvibes
Obviously we would get a place near WDW and AP's. I'd be able to have Cindy's coach for my wedding, actually I'd go all out for the wedding :lmao:
I'm sure David would want some form of high tech stuff and maybe a few cars.
Most importantly we would be able to pay off any debts for friends and family and make sure the younger members of the family are finacially secure when they get older.
My charities of choice are Cancer research, McMillan and the Childrens Home

Good luck everyone, I've got my fingers crossed

Thank you so much  however, you will not be lucky as I haven't bought a ticket.

I'd buy the rights to Thomas the Tank engine and give them back to the Awdry family. :) Ever since they let the TV companies have them they won't give them back..

Then I'd hire scientist to genetically engineer Pokemon. :teeth: It'd be so fun to have a Munchlax around the house; no leftovers!!

Well, I'd certainly have a good shot at seeing what I could spend! Of course I'd do the usual, look after friends and family, but I'd keep the same house my husband built, and my great job, though prob drop to 2/3 days, yes it is that good!! Come to think of it I could invest in the small coach company I work for and be a shareholder! I'd get a few brand new coaches out of that easily!! LOL!

After new cars, clothes, local school, and charities, I'd seriously look at property in Florida and/or Disney properties, and shares.

And of course there'd be drinks and chocolates for all on here!!!
Better go and buy my ticket now....

Lynn

Loving your ideas. :thumbsup2 keep em coming...(BTW, please don't sue me when I win and use some of them :lmao: )

me and dbf was talking about this last week. We decided we would buy lots houses, one in UK, Cyprus, Canada , florida and Australia, we would then travel around these houses. DD would be homed schooled (this is quite common in countries like USA and Australia).

A massive wardrobe with lots of clothes, I would hate to know how much I could spend on clothes. (I once spent over £1000 in a week!)

Stay in a suite at the GF for a month and at the DLP hotel for 2 weeks!

Pledge support to a charity, pay my brother and sister though uni and when they graduate give them a lump sum.

buy my Mum and Dad a house, and give them enough money to retire and go on long holidays.(my mum would love that!) ditto for DBF mum.

I would certainly never have Disney Blues again as I would be able to go as often as I pleased.

Other than that our wish is simple, there is a large converted cottage in our area which we would love. I would fill it with Disney memorabilia, artwork and collectibles, until it became my shrine to Disney.

Then I would book all my DIS friends into local hotels, have a marquee in the garden and we would all :drinking1 and party: from Friday until Monday. There would be Disney Music, bouncy castles and possibly carousels to keep us amused, and definately a Christmas Tree for Mandy whatever the time of year....

See you all soon - I wish :rotfl2:

Wow 12 people won £479,782.20 by matching 5 numbers and 1 star, what a wonderful amount to win. Needless to say I didn't win a sausage, so I'll be buying my ticket for next week again as I wouldn't mind a share in that £120,000,000 :thumbsup2

We had a syndicate at work and bought 40 lines! Have to wait until monday to see if we won anything!

We did it last week as well and didn't win a sausage!

If we did win my first priority would be to book Christmas in WDW and then book for every school holiday from then on :)
We would get a new house (purpose built to our own design)
I would treat myself to my favourite car - a Porsche 911 :)

Also, the house we have now I would completely gut and do a complete DIY makeover as a hobby when I finish work :)
