ETWB observation/question

Did ETWB first thing this morning (was in room with mirror by 9:10) and no cardboard cut outs were given to any of the guests starring in the re-telling of the story.
This is the first time I've seen this happen as they've always used the cut outs. Has anyone else had this happen? The cm had one of the doors open on the wardrobe but I couldn't see inside to the angle I was at.
I'm not complaining, just curious if they're trying it out another way or if when the cm opened the cupboard there was nothing in it?

Very odd, maybe it was done as a time saver? It seems like it would be hard for the CM's to keep track of all the parts that way though. I have never seen it done like that and we've done it three times.

How strange! Maybe there was something wrong with one of the cut-outs, so better to have none than for all but one to have them? And I too am curious how the CMs kept up with all the parts.

Was this the first skit of the morning? Wonder if someone forgot to get the cut outs ready for the next day. since cm had it partially open they probably saw the problem & went ahead best as possible. "The show must go on"

It was at 9:05ish so would have been one of the first. The cm did well to remember them all, although I guess the suits of armour would have been easy to remember!
It was a bit strange when they re-enacting some of it, especially when Mrs. Potts and Chip make Belle a cup of tea
