I just bought my 9 year old his most expensive sneakers - Etney's -, black with the green E. $50
Life was so much less when he was 3 and I bought the character sneakers from Walmart for $14.
These sneakers were important to him cuz all his friends are wearing them too. Two years ago it was Skechters-sp?, now Etneys, what next?

They also each have a pair Phat Farms...(or is Phat Pharms?)
Luckily the 2 little ones were perfectly content to have Bratz and Barbie shoes

. I am sure that will change, but for now it is nice.
, the other pair I found at Payless(Champion?)
! They both fit her fine. I was shocked that we found a cheap pair at Payless. Her feet are *very* slender, I've always had to get her Narrow Width sneakers/tennis shoes/dress shoes. When she was younger, I could only find her shoes at Stride-Rite or buy New Balance. We could never find *anything* at K-Mart or Target, etc., most of their shoes were sized too wide.
