Sorry guys - we did have to remove it from the store. It was totally my fault that it slipped by me and went live before we we're ready. In fact, that's not even the version we intended to release.
So to those that we're quick enough to snag a copy, consider yourself 'beta-testers' and know that a very much improved version will be released to all soon. If you've already purchased it, you'll get a free update when it's ready that will contain an improved map navigation experience, a totally new Park Hours feature, and various other small improvements to the app that really just make it even more amazing. It's also worth noting that we are still working on the app and some data may be incorrect or missing. That, of course, will be remedied by the time we go 'live' for real.
To answer some other questions directly. Yes, the app should work on the iPod Touch, but GPS and a network connection are required for full functionality. Version 3.0+ of the iPhone/iPod Touch firmware is mandatory, so make sure you're properly updated. The app will be available worldwide, so our friends in the UK and Canada will be taken care of.
