Which resell brokers notify you of the Estoppel sent?
My last one did but maybe only because I was asking often. And now that I think of it maybe it was the title company that told me.
I noticed some people get notifications and others don’t. They are just told about rofr and closing.

I asked my broker and they told me. (DVC Store)
My title company did not tell me. (Mason)

I had one that was delayed a week or two, and they told me estoppel was delayed, which is why there were no docs. Getting closing docs is the same thing as getting notified you passed estoppel.

That has been pretty quick after ROFR in my experience.

Also last time I had notification, passed rofr and awaiting estoppel which helped ease my mind things were progressing. Just wanted to know if I hit midway yet. I’ll go ask. Edit: Maybe I’ll wait. It’s only been a bit over 2 weeks. Seems like 2 months.
