Estimated taxes per point at BLT?

Looking to buy in the resale market and running the numbers for DW. I am trying to figure out what percentage of dues is allocated to real estate taxes and, therefore, deductible. For example, in 2014 BLT dues are $4.78/point. How much of the $4.78 is attributable to taxes and how much is other stuff. Can someone let me know?

Using 2013 is fine. Using an estimate is also fine. Thanks in advance.
