Estimated BWV 2004 Dues

Boardwalk Villas was constructed at the same time as Boardwalk Inn, so it wasn't an addition to an existing resort. But BWV has always had the highest dues of the WDW DVC resorts, not sure why.

I think OKW has lower dues because there are no interior hallways to heat/cool, no valet parkers, no pool slide (lifeguards?). I don't think bell services is used as much as the other WDW DVC's because most people park in front of their unit and haul their luggage themselves.

Since we're new BWV owners, this is the first time we've received the statement
Does anyone have last year's statement and can post some of the major differences between the two?
