ESPN Wide World of Sports

How do you get to ESPN Wide World of Sports? Disney's site says to get a bus from DHS, but I thought I read somewhere that that bus no longer exists and its a few hotels... but I forget which hotels were listed. What buses go to ESPN?

Bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports is available from Disney's All-Star Resorts, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort on a limited schedule:
Thursday - Monday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
These buses will also run when events are taking place at the Sports Complex based on the following schedule:
One (1) hour prior to Sports Complex opening until 11:00 p.m. or Sports Complex close,
whichever is later
During the scheduled operating hours, buses from Disney's All-Star Resorts, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort to ESPN Wide World of Sports will arrive at the Sports Complex on the hour and ½ hour.
Due to capacities and schedules, these buses may not be able to accommodate teams and equipment. To ensure your team's on-time arrival for competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports, please use event transportation if it is included with your event, or make arrangements for your own transportation to the Sports Complex.

I would like to add a couple of things to the above.

The buses leave ESPN on the hour and half hour. Unlike other WDW buses, these are dedicated buses and will make the same run all day long.

The ESPN bus will share the bus stop of HS at AS; has its own bus stop at POP; while the CBR bus only makes one stop at the resort, at the Customs House. So if you are at CBR you have to take the Internal Resort Shuttle to the Customs House before getting on the ESPN bus.

As the PP stated, there is no set schedule to the hours that the ESPN bus operates. It changes, day to day, depending on what is going on there.

As a matter of fact there were four days, this week, that the bus did not run at all and the other three days the bus ran three different schedules.

Yeah -- don't believe the Thursday thru Monday stuff. The schedule is purely event driven. I'm pretty sure it didn't run at all this past Monday, and some days it only runs half a day.

You could call 407-WDW-RIDE for the current operating hours, or ask any bus driver. The hours for the current week are on the park hours schedule that should be on every bus.
