Yes you are allowed to take out from there and it's something I did twice last month when staying at the Boardwalk Inn.
Just remember though when taking from there they automatically charge 18% gratuity.

Hmmm... I wonder... would I still be able to use my TiW card if I'm ordering to-go but they're gonna add the gratuity anyway?
