ESPN Sports Complex Transportation

I saw on the wdwinfo board that there is no longer a shuttle from the complex to Hollywood Studios, it not goies to All Stars and Caribbean. Are there cabs that wait during events like at the hotels, or do we need to call one. I ask b/c I am going there for an event and don't want to take the shuttle back to my hotel and then back to Hollywood Studios. It'll be faster and easier to get a cab. Thanks!!
