ESPN Disney, anything to do there?

Or is the complex geared towards sporting events and not so much the tourist looking for something else to do?
 
It’s definitely geared towards the events at ESPN wide world of sports. Last time I went there was a small shop for souvenirs and very basic restaurant.

Also if you’re looking for a sports bar it’s not a great place for that and you’d be much better off at numerous sports friendly bars on property like at Disney Springs or Coronado resort etc.

Years ago it had the NFL Experience(see below) interactive activity for Guests but that is long gone.

And it hosted the Atlanta Braves Spring Training for years.

Today it is entirely devoted to Cheer/Dance/Sports competitions.

They even built an 8,000 seat arena dedicated just to Cheer and Dance competitions!

Down and Out
Participants test their receiving skills by attempting to catch a 15-yard pass pattern from automated "Jugs" machines.

The Big Move
Fans push sled against set time; individual and team set up

Long Snap
Participants attempt snapping drills for distance and accuracy

Sudden Death
Participants test their ability to kick an extra point/field goal from 10, 20, 30 yards through a regulation goal post and can kick against a simulated defensive line comprised of life-size tackling dummies on a moving track

Air-It-Out
Participants can test their long-distance passing ability.

Look Like a Pro
Fans step behind a life-sized body cast replica of various NFL teams for fun photo opportunities.
