Does the ESPN Club (when did they stop calling it ESPN zone?) at the Boardwalk take reservations?

Doesn't look like you can do it online, but I'm wondering if you can call them for a reservation ahead of time?

ESPN Zone is in NYC. The names are deliberately different to distinguish locations.

There is a "luxury" viewing area for sports events that is able to be reserved. It includes a minimum order of around $60/person. It is for big sports events.
Other than that, for regular dining, they do not take reservations.

Disney World's ESPN has never been a Zone, it's the only ESPN Club.

And there are no reservations except for the pay for thing mentioned above.

Zone seems to be in places like NYC, Baltimore inner Harbour, Anaheim....they also seem to me to be a bit bigger with more "arcade" space, but sure of any further differences.

Enjoy it, sandwiches, burgers, nachos and such! Have been to the one in Baltimore Inner Harbour as well!:cheer2:

Thanks to everyone! I had no idea it wasn't affiliated with the ESPN Zones until asking the question here. I wish they had one here in Houston! I've been lucky enough to enjoy ESPN Zone in Chicago, Atlanta and Baltimore!

I don't even think if you wanted to still go to ESPN restaurant you would need a reservation as it is always fairly quiet unless a game is on.

I plan on going with a family of six during a championship basketball game (SEC). Go Big Blue!

You may want to look into the VIP package mentioned above. It's offered during football season, but I suspect they'd offer it during other popular sporting events as well. It's a $55 per person food and beverage minimum, and that can include alcohol. If you don't meet the minimum, they just upcharge you the difference. It guarantees you a seat on a private platform with a clear view of the big screen (and a million other TVs), and there is a dedicated server for the area. It's nice because you can walk in 3 minutes before it starts and be seated with no wait. You can call and reserve it with a CC and pay when you get there. I definitely recommend it for large parties and/or popular games when they're offering it.

So we just got done watching the UK / Arkansas game at ESPN Club. Turns out that the VIP package was only available in the evening today (I suspect it is available at lunch during football season), which explains why WDW DINE was unable to find an opening for me. No problem though, as we were able to walk up and be seated in front of the giant TV screen to enjoy the game!!!!

WDW-DINE should be able to help, but for others, you can call ESPN Club directly as well.
