ESPN and walk ups

Going during free dining WooHoo!!!!!

I was wondering how easy it is to get a seat for one or eat at the bar?

Hubby has a day alone and He needs to use up a TS credit for that day. Any other TS outside the parks that are good for one? We will be at CBR that week.

I'm editing my post too ... Gotta remember "Rule #1" in the future . I'm glad you got an ADR. Walk-ups at ESPN are quite easy to do.

So RobinB doesn't sound crazy, I changed my OP.

I actually WAS able to get ADR's for the three of us. Color me surprised.

That leaves my Hubby with an extra TS credit. He hates AK so the days we go there, he is left to his own devices. I'm thinking ESPN club or someplace in DD.

If he eats at the bar I am not sure he will be able to use DDP. That may be so only in restaurants with separate lounges. He should ask before he decides to sit there.

this was the worst meal we had on our last trip. we will never go back even with free dining.

I've been there twice, didn't have ADRs either time (once for lunch, once for dinner) - and it was fine (slight wait for dinner). We had fun, wings were great (that's all I remember about the food) - and my godson loved the TVs in the bathroom.

The only thing you have to worry about in the bar section of the ESPN Club is of there is a sporting event of some importance going on when you'd like to walk up. This pretty much applies to every football Sunday. You might be able to get in, but finding seats could be a little tough, even for one person and especially around the bar.

Other than that, walking up shouldn't be a problem at all.
