What’s a typical or reasonable escrow fee? I’ve seen a flat $1k and a 10%. Depending on your purchase 10% can be a fair amount. I realize you’re going to be spending that money anyway but It still seems like a lot.

Do you mean deposit? I have paid both…10% and a flat fee when buying It all depended on the title company.

Yes that is what I meant. This is the same Title company different resale agency.

It varies from Title Co to Title Co.

Some have 10% or $2500 - whilst Mason you can do up to $5,000
