Escrow question

Received an email tonight that escrow closed. What does this mean in the process of things? Yesterday the title company said they sent an email to the seller to see where they were on sending in paperwork since they had received my papers and money last Friday. TIA!

It means that they received the documents from the seller and have closed on the sale. At that point Disney will get the info and should input your information into their system sometime in the next 7-14 days.
