Escargots (snails)

Last question from me of the day - i promise!
Does anyone know if there is a restaurant at DLP that offer escargots on the menu? I haven't had snails in years and having never been to France I'd love to try them again in the real french style.

If not, we are taking a day trip to Paris and I'm hoping perhaps to find some there without having to worry about dressing up in a fancy restaurant to get some.

Not to mention my DH and kids will go mental if I suggest going to one restaurant for this particular craving (I'm pregnant, too). So hopefully there will be somewhere in DLP where we can all sit down for a casual meal while I get my craving fix.

DH loves snails. When we were in Paris last month we found a shop that sold only snail products!!!

DH also had snails in a restaurant in Paris. Cant remember its name but was in Latin Quarter near Boulvarde St Michel. Very reasonable think it was about E14 for a 3 course meal.

oooh good answer! I no longer eat snails, but was curious as to the response.... smart girl!

Thanks, confirmed that the only restaurant that offers snails is the Steakhouse in Disneyland Village. However I didn't try the dish. It was a starter and had Jack Daniel Whiskey and some odd (to me) flavour listed on the menu outside so I gave it a miss.

They were offered as a starter on the menu at Beaver Creek Tavern this weekend. I'd highly recommend this restaurant at Sequoia Lodge, it's a buffet,with a huge starter and dessert selection, I had a sirloin steak which was very nice and DS had the pork ribs which he thoroughly enjoyed - none of us tried the snails, we used to have a pet one called Trevor, so it wouldn't be right.
