I hope everyone is having a wonderful St. Pat's Day.

I am off all this week for Spring Break. But, unfortunately, Lily is continuing her 'sick on holiday' trend. In her seven years of life she has become very sick on two trips to see family (Once Scarlet fever, the other probably CMV - she was never diagnosed, but my DH got what appeared to be the same thing she had a few days later and he could not shake it - he was diagnosed), then she has missed trick-or-treating, her best friend's 3-year-old party, has been sick on her own birthday, Christmas toward the end of opening presents, and today she is running 104 fever with a slight cough. I know the fever sounds bad, but she runs high fevers. With a dose of meds it is down to 99.5 and she has set up our bed desk and is questing breakfast in bed.

She is really not a sickly child. She just gets sick at memorable times.

Thank goodness I was going to surprise Lily with our plans today. We were going to go to an indoor amusement park and then have a corned beef cooking party with my mom's group. She would be so disappointed if she knew what she was missing.

I hope all my Tag friends are in good health today.

NCBelle Those Ireland pictures are great. They remind me of where I grew up on the east coast of England where my parents have their summer house.

Well guess what we had today? Yes more observations!! This time we had the head teacher, deputy and an advisor in our room. Talk about pressure!! Oh well, we will find out how we did tomorrow.

This evening I plan to have a bit of a relax, 21 days until Mickey!! I need to sort out my trading pins to take to Paris and make a list of things to take with us. We are driving so can take a few extra things if we need to. I've never driven in France before on the 'wrong' side of the road. When we go to Calais Pete drives and it is only 5 minutes from the Channel tunnel to the mall. Then when we last drove to DLP Pete and Andrew shared the driving as we went on that trip with our friends. Oh well it will be a good experience for me as I need to share the driving when we visit the USA in the summer. LA and Las Vegas driving on the 'wrong' side of the road!!!! Scary!!

I'm sitting here eating some soda bread this morning with my coffee
My waistline doesn't need it, but it sure is good

My St. Patricks Day was extrememly uneventful
I worked all day, 10-7, and then I went to a town meeting at 7:30pm.
Then I came home, and put the girls and I to bed.

Good morning. My you all have been chatty! Hey Geffric!!

Belle, loved the pics. Always wanted to visit. Now I can put a face with a name. I've "known" your for like three years now but didn't know what you looked like!

Since Elton canceled... UGH I just painted the bathroom this weekend. what a bore. He is rescheduled but for a Thursday....so I probably won't make it. My dh will be out of town and it is too far of an up and back drive. can't take my little one out of school soooooo...... bummer.
