Escape package with Reception??

Hello DIS'ers! I have been lurking this part of the board for a couple months since im fairly sure DBF is going to propose in September on our annual trip!!! We have discussed numerous times about what we are looking for out of a Disney wedding since he knows this has always been my dream to get married there in the pavilion Does the escape package include some sort of reception?? Or would you have to purchase the wishes collection? we will probably be having 16 guests, so it doesnt have to be huge, just the traditional music, with the cake cutting etc. and we want Donald and Daisy to attend! Could anyone give insight about this? Thanks so much!

The escape package does not include a reception. You would have to plan a dinner separately.

Just like PrincessShea said, you dont have to upgrade to a Wishes to have a reception, and you can book it separately, or your planner can help you book one! I had been thinking about a restaurant reception and with our party of 16, and the time of our wedding, I was told it would be difficult to book. So my planner told me about how you can use rooms at the convention centers (We used Boardwalk Convention Center, but there are other banquet rooms) and it was so much cheaper than I expected, plus it was nice to have the privacy of our own room- DH can be shy.
