Sundance 2013: How did a newbie make an unapproved film in Disney parks?

Not that I condone it, but there was a guerilla filmmaker who shot a film at WDW and DL without permission and is showing the movie at the Sundance Film Festival. He used a digital still camera that looked like he was just an ordinary tourist, but it shot HD video. He was in fear that Disney would shut him down while he was recording. One CM at DL apparently asked his crew why they reentered the same park after 7 minutes, which happened while he was trying to reshoot a scene. I read that in another article and it's not mentioned in this one. His scripts weren't printed out but made in a form where the actors could look down at their smartphones so they didn't look like they were reading scripts.
Apparently the plot is of a father on a visit to WDW who starts seeing visions and imagining that his world is going into chaos. The writer of the article sort of describes it as David Lynch meets Disney.
There's no word on a commercial release. Disney is keeping its eye on what happens.
