Escape Epcot Dessert Party location help!

Until 2015 Flower and Garden festival dates are announced, we're not sure if we'll be able to have Canada Overlook for our Dessert Party in mid-May, the other locations we've been offered for our party size (around 12 of us) are Vikings Landing or Kazbah Point. I know the Passporter guide lists these as "Standing Room Only" locations, but does anyone know if it's at all possible to have tables and chairs set up in either of these locations? If not tables, then at least some chairs (my grandparents won't be able to manage standing for that long, neither will I after a day in heels!).

I'm probably worrying over nothing, but I'm at that awkward stage where I have to wait until the 8 month mark to secure my date and start planning properly, so I'm over-analysing everything until then!

The reason Disney refers to these as "standing-room only" is that they refuse to set up tables and chairs there. However, both spots have benches. Disney will say that they can't guarantee the benches will be there, but they've been there for years.
