Escape dining

Hi

We are having some budget issues and think we may have to move to escape, we are hovering around 20 of us so it won't be an issue there.

Our ceremony will be at sea breeze point at 2.30 and we would still want a desert party at Epcot that day.

Does anyone have any ideas on where we could go for dinner to pass the time that would allow me to wear my dress?

I like the sound of the big river grille menu but don't know anything about the restaurant to know if it is suitable

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am quite sad we can't afford the wishes wedding I have been planning

You can go to any restaurant that's not inside a Disney Theme Park.

It'll still be an amazing wedding!

Big River Grill is pretty casual. You might want to check out some of the restaurants at the Swan & Dolphin, or maybe you could pass the time in BoardWalk Inn's Bellvue Lounge until someplace a little fancier, like Flying Fish or even Kouzina, opens at 5:30pm.

Is there a way of finding out which restaurants have private areas but ones we don't have to use Disney catered events for?

The S&D and many of the DTD ones. Fultons crab house has a private room, I know.

We had an escape wedding and did a lunch reception at Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. The perk of doing it at a pretty resort is that you can get some pics of you in wedding attire at a beautiful resort.
