Escape brides- planning call?

I sent in my planning kit last month, and I still haven't heard anything about my planning calls. I know that my planning kit wasn't due until the end of October... does this mean I should just wait until then before asking?

I just wondered how far in advance these calls happen. Any advice? Thanks!

I had my call right away, but I also indicated that I wanted to start early, and get everything done sooner than later.

I sent back our completed questionnaire a little while back and haven't heard anything yet. Ours was due about now I think so I'm not too worried. Our planner said she has been out of the office a lot so I'm sure they're concentrating on earlier weddings.

I think it depends on the planner, my wedding is a few weeks after Alex (Beep) and yet i've had 3 planning calls.

My wedding is three weeks from today and the only planning call I've had is with Rosie. I've talked to Karen a few times on the phone, but we've done most of the planning via e-mail. That worked better for me anyway. I like being able to shoot an e-mail off at 1 am when I'm having trouble sleeping because something has come across my mind that needs to be changed or looked into, rather than wait for an opportunity that is good for both Karen and I to chat.
