Escape Availability Wedding Pavilion

What is availability like for Escape Weddings at the wedding pavilion? We are planning on having the wedding on a Tuesday (June 6, 2017) and we are hoping that we could either get the 12:00 or 2:30 time slot. Has anyone had trouble getting their date they wanted if they were flexible about time?

As long as it's not already booked, you should have no problem. Wishes gets to book 12 months out. So they will get first choice.. But escape can't book until 8 months out.

DH and I got married at the Wedding Pavilion on a Tuesday 5 years ago. It was the first day of summer, and I was concerned about availability. However, we were the only wedding scheduled for the WP that day.

Weekdays generally have better availability.

At about 9 months away, the Disney Fairy Tale Wedding sales coordinator will be able to tell you how your date looks for availability.

But they won't be able to confirm the date until exactly 8 months out.

We had picked Nov 2, and the Sales consultant had told us it looked good. But in the four weeks that elapsed between that conversation and the 8 month mark, I guess a wishes wedding took that spot. So we ended up with Nov 3. We are just as happy.

I think in hindsight, most of our families have travel dates that are sun-sun, so a wedding on tues would have been so much better. Good luck getting your date!

I'll echo this comment, when I rang at exactly 9 months, I specifically asked the lovely lady on the end of the phone to check, and it was available then.
Here's hoping it's still avail in 17 days time... (Not that I'm counting of course)!
I did give her my second choice though too, so really hoping I get one of them.

We are having an Escape wedding at the Wedding Pavilion at the beginning of June on a Friday. We were really worried about getting the venue - we didn't want a really early wedding or a late one. We chose 12pm and was put in a lottery with two other couples who also wanted that date/time/venue. Luckily we got our 1st choice.
The Sales Consultant was really helpful in the lead up - he asked us what our 1st/2nd/3rd choices would be and explained the process really well.
I do know how you're feeling though, such a worrying time! It's super nice once it's all confirmed. Finally feels like it's really going to happen!!
