Ive been trying for days to check for reservations at Chef Mickeys. I get this message "We were unable to check for available tables at this time. A problem may have occurred while looking for availability. Please ensure if you have a valid resort reservation, it is linked to your My Disney Experience account and try again." On my phone it gives me an error asking my to refresh. I spent 2.5 hours on hold for Disney Dining and didnt find out why. Is this happening to just me?
**rant** with so many cast members furloughed at home, why in the world wouldnt they have setup a system for them to be taking phone calls at home? Disney already has work from home people so they know how to run that operation. In all my past vacations and there are many I have never had to wait these lengths to speak to someone. This week Ive spent 6 hours total on hold for Disney across 3 phone calls. I decided to cancel my Golf reservation at the Swan because I cant spend 2.5 hours on hold while traveling if end up needing to change times etc.
