Error in VMK Contact Us Tool

I'm trying to answer Push's Trash Trivia, but when I go to open the Contact Us window, I get this...

This has been going on for about three hours on both IE and Firefox.

PS - Does anyone know if the Mickey Mouse question deadline was last night? Or is it next Friday? There wasn't an exact date posted, and I'm new to this trivia thing.

I just tried with firefox 2.0 I had no problem though I have problems with internet explorer but I dont know for the dead line

I have had this error and it wouldn't let me use contact us at all that day, it was working the next day though. Umm... not sure about the deadline.

I reported this to QA_caffdawg last week and was told that they would get on it right away. I'll send a link to this thread to let them know there's still a problem.

Caff told me that it has to do with updating Java. I know some other Disney websites told me to update my flash this morning, so try that too. I don't know anything other than that, but they are aware of this thread, and the two others on the subject.
