Error from Pirates Code

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else is encoutering this problem when playing the Pirates game to win codes for "sparrow,etc." I am trying to get codes to win sparrow cimstume and play the game and get an error code.

I don't think anyone knows when it when be corrected...
