Error 500 on member page

I know that some have posted recently about problems with the member website. I have had no problems until this morning. Now I am getting an error 500 when trying to sign in. I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Did anyone figure out how to fix this or do I need to call tech support?

I also saw that Error 500 message this morning. I cleared browsing history (Chrome) and then got in. Don't know if that was reason I got in. Could just be a coincidence and access is just spotty.

No joy for my one night Poly waitlist yet. Still hoping, though.

That's exactly what I was checking. I just used several different routes to finally to get in.

You'll have to wait awhile. Not going until to WDW until December.

Hoping to get 12/3. Already have 12/1, 12/2 & 12/4. Got those one night at a time following behind the walkers.

No real biggie if Poly reservation fairy isn't kind about 12/3 . Might do just 2 nights if it doesn't come through (or maybe just stay at BWV for our whole trip). I'll be perfectly happy to stay at the BWV especially since it sounds like the refurb will be done. From the pictures, I'll like the new decor.

I got the 500 Error too, but noticed that my sign in was successful (the menu items that appear after signing in were there). This (at least in my case) was a false negative and I was able to do what I needed. Hope you guys can too.

Same error for me today too... after several tries, just gave up. Still waiting for an email from a reservation I made on the 23rd. They told me via email that IT was working on it....for over a week? Geez!

No love here. Even though I am signed in, clicking on the menu items kicks me back to the error 500 message.

I also did just a couple minutes ago. The website is absolutely useless right now.

I called and they know the Member Site is down. I needed to talk to someone, so it was no big deal for me to call.

I also got the Error 500 this morning. Now when I tried to log in, it tells me the password is not correct and I know that it is. Don't want to keep retrying which will trigger a password reset.

Me too! I just tried and could not get logged in. Thankfully, it's not just me. I thought that I was losing my mind because it kept saying my password was wrong...??!!! It gave me two more attempts and then told me to go away (lol). I am glad to know it's the site and not my memory
