After the episode, our local news lead with the story of this new stroke treatment being used at Mayo Clinic in the past year. This is a "last resort" treatment and is not always successful. Scary, indeed.

It brought back too many bad memories, thinking that's how DW's Dad was in the final hours of his life (he died of a massive stroke a couple years ago).
