Equipsoft - Does anyone use this at work?

We are getting this new software and I just can't seem to get the training I need to do my job. It's getting very frustrating and we go live in 2 weeks!
Worst conversion I've ever seen anywhere!

So if anyone happens to use this, I could use some help in Cash Apps!
