EPV development underway?

Just spoke with my guide about a potential add-on. During the discussion it was mentioned that initial site contruction activity was underway at Bonnet Creek for the Eagle Pines DVC location. And projected sales and completion dates were in 2004. I wasn't sure if EPV was on hold or not, but it sounds as if all is progressing.

Has anyone seen any actual construction?

I am really kind of skeptical about two similar DVC hotels opening at the same time. I think VDI and EPV will be similar resorts in many respects.

I also think BCV will be sold before these open, maybe this will give VB and HH a chance to completely sell out.....if HH doesn't sell out "This spring" as has been rumored for the last three years.
