Quite a mixed bag. Consensus seems like a good game idea with bad game mechanics.

I pre-ordered as a Christmas gift for the kids (and myself), hopefully it is enjoyable. I do think the critics are usually a little hard on the games.

Saw it in Toys R Us tonight, although I couldn't pick it up for my son for Christmas, as he was with me.

Some critics are harsher than others, which is why I like metacritic. It creates a score based on all critics combined, and you can see what each individual critic has to say. It's too bad Disney had a relatively new company make this, as some of the criticisms with the game mechanics would have been corrected with a more seasoned developer.

I have no interest in the reviews. The information Disney has released about this game coupled with the fact that Oswald returns in it causes me to love it already!

I am not sure you could get much more seasoned than Warren Spector.

He's good, but with a new company, or relatively new anyways.
