Epcot's Leave a Legacy

I just wanted to weigh in on this since ChrisFL's opinion is that Leave a Legacy is pointless. Obviously, the OP doesn't think so or he/she would not have asked about it. Seems like the people who don't like it are the ones who don't have a picture there. These guys didn't think it was pointless.

I am a complete geek because I recognized Joey's face immediately, then the rest of the guys (although Justin's photo is not very good). This was DD's favorite group in the 90's, so still catch myself singing some of their songs.

We did this last time because it was a free gift from AAA for booking with them. How do you find your pic? They said we would receive a confirmation in the mail but we never did

My daughter has a brick at the Olympic Park in Atlanta & I know they have a machine that you enter your name & other info & it tells you the location. I really hope they have something like this - anyone have any info???

They can look it up for you in the computer where you buy the tiles.

DH and I got one for out 10th anniversary 2 years ago. We probably wouldn't have spent the money but with our APs I think it was $25 for 2 tiles...can't beat that!

You know it's funny, I've been on these boards for a couple of months now, and this is actually the first I've heard about Leave a Legacy (and I usually check these boards a few times a day), yet it seems like once people start talking about it, they get really excited about it (both positive and negative).
Sorry I missed the first poll from a few months ago (I'm pretty bad about not looking at past posts), but I guess with so many new people joining these boards all the time, my new poll won't be too repetitive.
Anyway, thanks again to everybody for sounding off on this subject. I think I will do like someone mentioned and budget some money for my two kids to do this, and when we get there, and actually see it, make the decision to go ahead or not.
