EPCOT WS Wine Buying?

Hi, I have a question that I haven't seen on the boards before. I have a stepbrother who is an avid wine drinker. I will be going to the world next Friday and was trying to get some ideas for Christmas Gifts. I was wondering if anyone has ever bought any wine from the World Showcase in EPCOT? If so, where? Are the wines here extremely expensive? Which pavillions have good wine? Thanks for your help!!

Yes, many of the Epcot pavilions, such as France and Italy have a good selection of wines to choose from. That being said, they are way overpriced and tend to run about double what you pay at home, if you can find the same wine. Don't discount the resort restaurants for a good selection of wines. The best example I can give is Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge. They specialize in South African wines. They are wonderful!

You obviously have never lived in Ohio. We were at WDW earlier this month for the F&W Festival. The wine there was LESS EXPENSIVE than in Cleveland. Only a dollar or two but still less expensive.
