Epcot WS during evening EMH...What will be open?

We are planning a September trip and are planning an Epcot day in which we will be utilizing Evening EMH for the first time. We are hopping to DHS to hopefully see the Star Wars fireworks and then high-tailing it back to Epcot to catch Illuminations, if the timing works out. We are planning on doing lunch with Food and Wine Festival snack and Table Service credits but figure we will be hungry after DHS and would like to pick up something around World Showcase after Illuminations. Can anyone tell me what counter service will be open during Epcot Evening EMH. We would eat at DHS but none of their counter service seems very appealing. Any help would be appreciated.
