EPCOT World Showcase pre-trip activities

Hi:
We're planning our trip to WDW for June 2006 with our daughters, age 6 and 10 months (at the time of trip). I'm trying to get my dd in the mood by doing activities and have found great ideas on this forum.

I wanted to introduce the countries of the world showcase before the trip and was looking for ideas or links to activities.

My DD (5) likes books so I would visit the bookstore. Also, many of the princesses are from the "countries", such as Snow White is often in Germany with the Dwarfs and Belle and Beast are often in France, Aladdin is often in Morocco (with the Genie). I loved telling her that Belle is from France because I could tell it kind of connected in her mind.

How about using food? You can do an "international dinner" week and discuss the food and the country it originates from. Pasta and pizza for Italy, Chinese food one night, cous cous for Morocco, Bratwurst for Germany, or even french fries or croissants for France.
