EPCOT with 4 kids

Ok, we are only spending 1 day this trip in EPCOT. We are using our extra we usually take and spending it at DHS instead. Our kids are ages 2-4-11-13 at time of trip. We leave in 3 weeks so I am just wrapping up some loose ends on our touring plans. We have decided with only 1 day in EPCOT we want to focus on FW with a quick jog over to WS for Norway school bread and the patisserie in France. Yummy! I might also have a sip or two of some adult frozen beverage

My question is, we have done the kidcot on WS side, never on FW side. Worth it? How does it differ from WS version? We are also going to take the time and hit innovations east/west. What are the must do's? We already make the mad dash for Soarin' to FP and ride. Rode it 3x in one day back in 2007. I am in love! Also, we hit the usual suspects using FP and kid swap when it comes to TT, MS, etc. We are just really wanting to make use of all the little and big attractions offered. Any and all suggestions would be helpful! I know there is so much more to this park than we have ever explored.

Oh and grab a Rice Cream if you are heading to Norway..lol

There are kidcot stops in FW, but to be honest, with just one day I don't know that it's worth it. We usually do two days and still don't get to absolutely everything. There's so much to engage kids in FW I just don't think you need the kidcot time imho.
