Walked past spaceship earth, to the Land got fastpass for soarin' (11:00 return) and now in the character spot... Wifi full bars, the whole way through that path.

Hopefully others will post their experiences.
I heard from friends that there is some pockets of wifi available in Future World but they were not able to pick up any in World Showcase.

Full strength everywhere.

Have not entered world showcase yet... Will report later on.

All the resorts have free wifi in the rooms and the lobby.

Doubtful. That tunnel is like a Faraday cage.

They must have just "turned it on". We were there a few days ago and there were no networks available that weren't locked down. This is good news.

Yes but if they wanted to they could put a access point in the queue. But yes not so much the queue but definitely the show building is a big metal skinned box.

We were there August 4 and could not find a wifi link that was open for guests, though we had been told before arrival that there was. We tried in various places in the park. Glad to hear people are having luck with it now. (We did use it at MK that weekend).
