I was reading that pavilion such as the Land do not allow strollers in. Are the countries the same way? Thanks!

With the exception of Mexico, the pavillions themselves are open air. You can bring strollers into the outside parts of the pavillions. The countries all have shops. Some shops don't allow strollers, although off the top of my head, I can't remember which ones.

We parked our stroller outside for Mexico, don't know if we could have brought it in.

I took my stroller into Mexico when I was having dinner there, as well as, touring the pavilion. No problems at all. It is tight inside so if you are just going in for a quick tour, I would suggest leaving the stroller outside. But you may bring it in if you like! Your choice!

Mexico has a handicap/stroller ramp to the right, and ramps inside too.

I don't think there's any wheelchair/stroller unfriendly pavillions. Maybe some rides... Getting on line at Maelstrom may be a hassle for instance.
