I have reserved a table for 4 at the Rose and Crown in Epcot for the last TS meal of our September trip.

Are there better options out there? What is your opinion of Rose and Crown? We have 2 children ( 8 and 6) that will be dining with us.

We have 2 character meals booked for other days, and would like a nice table meal without characters for our last evening in the World.

We originally had a ressie at Coral Reef, but after reading reviews I quickly changed :).

rose and crown is a great meal... and a rare dinner adr to get... so i consider you lucky!! there's lots of choices in the world showcase, but i think you have a pretty solid meal!!

Rose & Crown is a great place to eat. Although my son didnt really like the kids choices/food. :( Have you considered Teppan Edo?? My son and I thought this place was great...its fun watching them cook in front of you. And the food is terrific!!!!!! One of my fave places.

If you like italian, try Via Napoli or Tutto Italia.

Even thou Rose/Crown is good, I do think there are other places that are a bit better. But its true that Rose/Crown is wonderful if you want a nice view of illuminations.

We like R&C but haven't dined there in quite a while. Our new Epcot WS favorite is Via Napoli - it's a "must-do" on every trip!

I'm happy to see everyone that replied has good reviews of Rose and Crown. Our main motivation were the good ratings, and DH likes the old pub feel.

I think we will keep our reservation here, ecspecially knowing we can get a great view of the fireworks show :).
