we have always done rope drop in order to ride both TT and soarin. This trip I decided to get fp for FEA. I then noticed that wait times drop for soarin and TT in the afternoon. Is this due to increased
Capacity at soarin? Can we sleep in on our EP day and ride TY and soarin late afternoon without 60 minute wait? Going at the end of June.

Honestly, June is very busy and I wouldn't risk it. I would do both TT and Soarin first thing in am. Also, keep in mind TT break downs would leave you out of luck.

Sleep in on non park day or HS day.

It depends on the overall crowd but mid afternoon, most people are in world showcase and future world has walk on or reasonable waits.. TT and soarin can go either way but 30 minutes or less is not unheard of unless it's a very crowded week.. You'll want to pay attention to wait times on the days prior to your epcot day to know what the afternoon wait times really look like and decide if your sleeping in the night before.

Locals get out of school the first week of june so it can be VERY VERY crowded as the august to may/early june vacationers show up... And Pandora just opened so that's going to create an unknown on where crowds will really be and how many more people are coming in june to see it first.

We were there this past February and rope dropped Soarin. Within an hour, the wait at Test Track was 60 minutes. we checked all day long and it never went below 60 and at times was at 90 and i remember around 4 pm it was at 120! We never did it this trip. We had FP for FEA. Next trip, we'll probably rope drop Test Track and then hit Soarin right after. Those wait times were not bad, not more than 45 minutes.

Late June...... I would say both TT and Soarin will be 75+ wait times by afternoon..... just my opinion, but I would go for rope drop!
