Epcot touring question

We have one day to do Epcot and have been there before, but I'm not sure what day is early entry for which park.

Anyway,

What day would be best to do Epcot in late July and why? (2 adults)

Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Epcot is least busy on Sundays, but if you want to take advantage of Extra Magic Hour, go on Wednesday.

There almost isn't a bad day to go to Epcot. The park is so big it really absorbs a tremendously large crowd.

I'd say Saturday only because the other parks always seem to be so crowded on Saturdays. Epcot never really feels crowded.
