Epcot to start MK to end, park at TTC?

Hi. Going one day early next month and will be starting in Epcot and ending in MK. My initial thought was to park at the TTC. We could monorail over to Epcot, monorail to MK (with the necessary stop at TTC) and then simply return to TTC at the end of the day.

Seems the simplest and most effective. Am I missing something?

No, that sounds like a solid plan.

That’s what we’d do, too. The monorail ride to Epcot is the best, especially if you’re able to look out the windows on the right side as you approach Epcot and Spaceship Earth comes into view.

I just realized I have never actually driven to DW. Are the signs pretty blatant for the TTC? Or do I follow signs for MK or the like?

That's a good question. The very first time we drove on the Disney property many years ago we found the freeway exit signs VERY confusing. Perhaps they have improved them. It said something like "Magic Kingdom Resort Areas" long before any of the specific hotels or destinations were named. We found it very confusing and made a wrong turm a few times before getting it right. The onsite freeways tends to be quite congested and you often have to make a quick decision about where to exit without knowing if you have chosen the right one.

I would look at the online property maps ahead of time so you have a general idea where to go. Having access to GPS might help as well.
