Epcot to Poly?

I am horrible with transportation. What is the easiest way to get to the Poly from Epcot for dinner? Thanks for any help!

Monorail to TTC, then transfer to the Resort line to the Poly.

We just did this. Monorail to TTC then short 5 min walk to Poly. Go down ramp go to the right and just follow the path.
