Epcot to GF

Hi, All!
Taking my mom from Epcot to GF for tea on Friday.

Opinions, please, on which would be faster -bus to GF, or Epcot monorail/resort monorail.

From the T&T center, which resort is the first stop on the resort line?

There is NO bus from Epcot to the Grand Floridian. You must take the Monorail to the TTC, and switch to the Resort Monorail.
