We've got 7PM ADRs for Le Cellier tomorrow night, then have to be at FW at 9:15 for Haunted Carriage ride. My plan is to take a cab from the entrance of Epcot to FW-does anyone see any problems with timing? Thanks!

Hoping that you get seated at 7:00, I don't think you are going to be able to do it. Allowing 1 to 1 1/2 hours to eat that gives you 8:00 to 8:30 plus a 15 minute walk out front of EPCOT for the cab. You might be better off in this case to walk to the International Gateway and go over to Beach Club to catch the cab. The ride over is about 15-20 minutes. Should be plenty of cabs waiting. The carriage ride is at the campgrounds - not Wilderness Lodge. I am not sure if the cab can drop you off at the campgrounds but if not then you have to go from FW to internal bus to get to the campgrounds. Alot of rushing around and timing is everything.

There is no way you can change your carriage ride time but can you move your LeCellier reservations to an earlier time?

Should be doable if you are seated before 7:30. It should take about an hour to eat, making it 8:30ish now. Walk over to BC, via the Gateway, and get a cab to FtW. The ride should take about 15 mins....they should be able to pretty much take you where you want to go within the campgrounds.

Usually, cabs drop off at the FW entrance(Outpost) and cannot go into the campground, so the OP would need to take the internal bus. The bus could add 15 min to the trip, still doable but really no time for any delays, I woul try for an earlier ADR, 6-6:30 should give a little breathing room.

Thanks for the advice! I've changed reservations to Citricos at 6 instead so that we do not nedd to worry about rushing. Depending on time we'll likely take a cab to FW or possibly go back to MK and go from there. Would a bus be our only option or is there another route we can take? I appreciate the insights.

with a 6 pm at citrico's you should have plenty of time to monorail to MK and then boat over to FW

i much prefer the boat to bus unless it is cold/windy

heard there is a boat that goes resort to resort but not familiar with boating from GF to FW. GF concierge will know

You would monorail to the MK, boat to FW and I'm pretty sure take a very short internal bus to where your carriage ride starts since its not in the marina area like HDDR.

There is no other way to get to the Bike Barn except renting bikes or a golf cart*. Even if you drove you would still have to park at the front gates and take the bus back. They don't even have parking at the Bike Barn if you are staying at FW and have a car.

If you haven't figured it out yet, they really discourage driving in FW.

* Scratch that since you get the bikes or golf cart at the Bike Barn so you would still have to bus it there anyway.

Don't think there is a direct boat from GF to FW. You would have to transfer at the MK.
